We can’t change much in our outer world if we are not willing to sit with what is happening in our inner world. 
In other words: when you discover, recognise and become a spaceholder for what ever is going on inside of you, your outer world changes and becomes MUCH EASIER to navigate in and be a part of. 

Nothing happens if we are not willing to change. [Things happen when we are willing to change.] Or at least discover, become aware and expand in consciousness. 

If you are ready to go on a soul journey where feelings, emotions and intuition are allowed and welcome, I could be the mentor for you. 

I will call you out on your bull (if any) and I will light you up and let you see yourself like you’ve never felt seen before.
I will let you experience yourself and go on the journey with you, but you will have to be ready to do the work. 

To feel the emotions without making them go away or pretending they are not there.
To discover your thought- behaviour- and existential patterns and look them straight in the eyes. That is the true way to personal inner freedom. 
I will hold space for you to do that, and I will love you where you think you do not deserve love. 

It is a three month long journey with weekly sessions and reflections and homework to do in between*. *Homework like discover how many times you do this a day, or notice when you feel like giving up on yourself, or sense into when you are triggered by others, etc.
